Bourbon Barrel-Aged Scotch Ale
We brewed a scotch ale with our friends at Castle Church about 6 months ago. That was delicious. We then let the beer age in bourbon barrels for the last 6 months. Now it's more delicious. The rich caramel flavors of the scotch ale have been accentuated by the time it spent in the bourbon barrels. Only 70 bottles and a small amount on tap.
