Peach Pie Sour
We brewed up a beautifully balanced Berliner that we aged with real peach puree, cinnamon, and real vanilla beans. It was brewed with milk sugar (that's just a fancy word for lactose) to bump up the sweetness a bit, but it's not "cavities-will-form-in-your-teeth-after-consumption" sweet. It's just right.
