L: Pours a dark black brown color with a medium tan white head and no lacing.
S: Strong coffee, strong roasted malt, a touch of ash and caramel, a touch of hops. Not sure why they call this a stout, definitely smells more like a schwarzbier to me.
T: Strong coffee, a strong roasted malt, mingles with some ash and a touch of caramel, a slight bitterness. Once again this really reminds me of a schwarzbier more than a stout.
F: Lower carbonation, light to medium body.
O: They should just quit trying to sell this as a "summer" stout and call this what it actually is a very good schwarzbier.
