Somers Point Brewing Company

 

This is a newly-opened brewery/taproom located just off Route 9 in Somers Point. The building formerly housed an ice company. You can't miss it from the outside; it's painted bright yellow. It's a bright, airy industrial-style place with a good sized bar and tables. It's an attractive space with local memorabilia on the walls. The staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions and talk beer with you. For a newly-opened brewery, the beer is well-made and enjoyable and I have no doubt will continue to improve. The patrons include locals and, as its reputation grows, more vacationers in Ocean City will undoubtedly visit. I look forward to returning often.
