Our favorite time of the year is hop harvest time! We traveled just south of Paducah to Cole Knob farms to bring you some of the freshest lupulin Kentucky has to offer. We used significantly more hops this year, 30 pounds wet of a blend of Nugget and Cascade went into this fresh beer. Savor it while you can.
