That's right--our Sonic IPA is brewed and dry-hopped with 6 varieties of hops and 100 lbs. of honey! This is a favorite of ours here at Sew Hop'd, and we're sure you'll agree. Don't worry about overwhelming, hoppy bitterness here--100 lbs. of honey takes care of that. *No bees were harmed during the production of this beer.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Sew Hop'd Brewery on July 12, 2019. Look is amber with a thin head and spotty lacing. Decent balance of hop bitterness and honey sweetness.
