Albert Einstein once said, "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler." We don't clamin to be Einsteins around here, but we do know how to make beer. Our 101 is as simple as it gets--we let the two ingredients speak for themselves: Centennial hops & Golden Promise malt. The Golden Promise provides a light, clear sweetness that balances perfectly with the subtle bitterness of the Centennial hops. We live in complicated times--enjoy this uncomplicated beer.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Sew Hop'd Brewery on July 12, 2019. Single hop (Centennial) and single malt (Golden Promise) American pale ale. Decent.
