We've added a new level of sophistication to our repertoire with small-batch, barrel-aged beers named after Herakles, the ancient Greek Demi-God (more commonly known by his Roma name, Hercules). Herakles strength was legendary. We hope to create a new legend with our barrel-aged beers both in terms of strength and taste.

Murky brown pour with a tiny white ring, not a looker. Bourbon nose in all the right ways but a little hot, but not much else behind beside chocolate malt. Tastes of hot bourbon, big bitter leather, a hint of licorice and candi sugar with a watery malt finish. Hot and thin body, lacking proper balance, viscosity and smoothness that the style dictates
