The wife got me a can of this to go with the corned beef she is cooking up for this irishman. That's love y'all! As for the beer: mostly clear amber red body with a full kahki foam head, trace lacing. Smell captures the hop fruits that is very citrus forward with amber malts. Taste starts with a classic amber with earthy grain up front, amber malt backbone bridges to a finish that features fresh sliced citrus and gentle hops. Feel is medium bodied, malty with good hops and faint barley textures. A good all around amber that did indeed pair well with meat from the butcher! I think something with a char from the grill would go even better
