A clean, easy drinking American Pale Ale that is exactly the kind of beer we want to drink at the end of a long day. 2-row and Pilsner malt give a beautiful base for Centennial and Idaho 7 hops.

Appearance: Average size white head left good lacing over a bright, nearly clear, amber body.
Aroma: Subtle scent of citrus. Some floral notes but you have to dig deep to find them.
Taste: A bit more prominent than the nose. Citrus still there; spiciness comes more into focus.
Feel: Soft, almost doughy. Medium bodied, moderately carbonated.
Overall: Pleasant but average.

16 ounce can poured into a tumbler.
Light amber in color and pouring clear before hazing up slightly while showing plenty of bubbles rising. The one inch head is white and fluffy, hanging around for a while before fading to a thin cap. The nose isn't very strong but is nice, lemon-like citrus along with pine and fruity hops with caramel and biscuit malt aroma. Tasting of light citrus and floral hops, less malty than the nose with a moderate lemon peel bitterness that builds to a clean, bitter finish. The medium body is soft with an oat smoothness but the medium-high carbonation gives a crisp finish. The bitterness does seem to build higher than the advertised 37 IBU, and started to dominate the flavor by the end of the glass. That aside, it's straight forward, easy drinking and pretty good.
