The fourth iteration of Fight Test, our alliterative series of hoppy little pale ales pitting two hops against each other, features Ekuanot and El Dorado! Happy bright aromas & flavors of dry white wine, lemon verbena tea, gooseberry, and fresh green stuff :)

Appearance: Cloudy straw colored body, large white head and good lacing.
Aroma: Tropical fruit, lime, stone fruit and a bit of lemon.
Taste: Tropical fruit remains dominant along with a herbal, spicy edge. Minimal maltiness. Piney aftertaste.
Feel: Well carbonated, medium bodied, a little prickly.
Overall: Pleasant, easy drinking, hoppy.
