Life changes and recipes continue to evolve. Our current iteration on our original Octopus beer sees less IBUs, more whirlpool and dry hops, and no lactose. Vanilla and a higher mash rate were used to make up for the body and sweetness lactose used to provide.
7 lbs/barrel of the finest Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, & Azacca express aromas and flavors of juicy ripe mango, dried pineapple, sweet grass, and undertones of vanilla to round it out.

Bomber from Tavour. Black pour with skin of beige head. Aroma is nutty, chocolate, coffee. Taste is more of the same,sweet, then bitter. Finishes with a warm glow. Slick and smooth.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a murky dark gold color with a persistent off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is sweet mango, peach, grapefruit, and pineapple, with a bit of vanilla for good measure. Mouthfeel is smooth, soft, thick, and sticky. Finish fades to sweet citrus. Overall, a very enjoyable DIPA which is extremely easy to drink. My first from Mobtown. Impressed.
