Counterclockwise is a New Zealand style Pilsner that we double dry hopped with a tour of southern hemisphere hops: South African Southern Passion, New Zealand Motueka, and fresh Australian Galaxy. The result is an endlessly crushable hoppy pilsner with subtleties of fresh cut grass, preserved lemon zest, and cracked white pepper.

Draft pour into a pint glass.
Dark golden appearance with a two fingers of foamy white head and blotchy lacing. Grain, cracker, spice. Moderate body, moderate carbonation, crisp mouthfeel.

Clear yellow appearance with a small white head and light lacing. Aroma of hops are coming across with a bit more intensity than a typical pils. Lime popped up in the foreground followed by more citrus. Grainy malts are evident but the hops still hold the upper hand. Spicy aftertaste adds depth. Crisp, clean, slightly bitter mouthfeel. Thought, at first, that this was going to be another mediocre pilsner but it continued to evolve to a very enjoyable level.
