16 ounce can poured into a tulip pint glass.
Canned 1/30/23
Translucent hazy pale yellow body with a one inch white head. Foam is tight and creamy, has decent retention and leaves rings of lace.
Lots of Citra aroma to open, and some tropical Mosaic, kind of a grapefruit pineapple salad smell. Zesty citrus hop flavor leads bread flour malt, not juicy and only a little sweet. It's a little pithy before a mildly bitter grapefruit peel finish. Light bodied but on the high side, medium carbonation with a feel in between crisp and soft.
Good hoppy, light-ish summertime pool beer. A really nice example of a hazy APA that doesn’t cross into IPA territory.
