Pasta Water is our Italian-style Pilsner, inspired by the legendary Italiano Tipopils. Ours is brewed with a simple base of pilsner malt & a touch of caramunich, then hopped throughout and dry hopped with Saphir, Perle, & Willamette. Soft and balanced with a touch of grassy & spicy noble hops, pairs perfectly with all the good things in life. Salute!
