Our most ambitious release to date, this beer spent 6 months in new American oak and then 15 months in freshly-emptied Pinot Noir barrels before being blended with 55% freshly-brewed stout. Deep, dark, and complex, it's bursting with flavors of cherry cola, bright red fruits, old oak, and a mild roast.
