On tap @ the brewery; pours a pale lightly hazed pale gold with a smallish white cap....aroma is pleasant, much like a hefeweizen with banana - bubblegum tones but no spice, earthy herbaceous tones and sweet malts....flavor is totally different , much like Dupont with biscuity malts and sharp hopping....herbaceous undertone from wet hopping....goes dry, sharp and hoppy in the finish...one of the best loacal Saisons I've sampled locally this year
