Brewer's tasting notes: "We would like to welcome Farm League Brewing to the Cambridge brewing scene! To celebrate their opening in a few weeks, we brewed this Belgian grisette with a hefty dose of wheat, lemon verbena, sumac, a generous dose of hallertau mittelfrüh hops and Saison Maison yeast from Escarpment Labs. Light notes of lemon, pepper, and citrus fruits leading to an ultra dry finish with high carbonation. A very refreshing beer which pairs with a patio sit or outdoor activities."
