Our man Frank knows when to unleash The Tank and when to listen to The Godfather, Mitch.
Our Godfather is one of the OG's of great hoppy beer. The Savior of Simcoe: Vinnie.
He mentioned his new favorite hop on a recent podcast and that was all we needed to throw a juicetastic hazy rager with Talus hops. Pink grapefruit, coconut, and pine? You SOB! We're in!
Mosaic, Citra, and Bru-1 joined the party to ensure essential fruit bomb haze bro status.

A very good NEIPA. Better than the usual Barntown NEIPA. Appearance is way too murky, trending brown rather than golden. Smell and taste have fun pine and galangal notes. Adds to the complexity that can too often be just juice in this style. Bitterness is great too. I’m going to reach for another of these after I finish this pint. Dangerous due to the ABV, but oh well ;-)

4-pack of cans from John’s, poured into tulip glass. Lots of head, packs a punch but tasty.
