We took the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon a little more juice. It has all of the ingredients that an Old School DIPA needs. A 1977 Pontiac Trans AM, White Snake cranked on the 8 track player and a freshly cracked cold beer. Super charged with Mosaic, Strata, Experimental #09326 hops and Cosmic yeast; it's the berry jam, tropical fruit, grapefruit ride you've always dreamt about.
