Pours crystal clear with a bright light color and a massive white head. Beautiful hop bouquet from Noble-ish hops. Sweet grainy, soft malt flavor followed quickly by an assertive yet soft, spicy-floral hop flavor. Finishes crisp, dry and hoppy.

A: Pours a golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a nice cap
S: Yeasty esters, spice, and fruitiness along with a bit of a noble hop spice and some malt to round things out
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a bit of yeasty fruitiness and spice, followed by some light earthiness, floral notes, and mineral tones. Picks up some noble hop spiciness and bready malt towards the finish
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A super drinkable Belgian blonde with plenty of complexity. Couldn’t pick this out of a line-up if actual Belgian’s if I tried, which is very impressive

Poured from a 16 oz can into a chalice glass.
Pours a clear gold color with a finger of bright white head. The head leaves a few spots of lacing before settling into a halo.
The aroma brings lots of grainy malts and freshly baked bread. There's some light citrus and Belgian yeast here before a slightly hoppy back end.
The flavor belays the restrained aroma. Lots and lots of cereal grains, sweet dough, grass, bubblegum and banana esters before a wave of citrus and floral hops. The finish is subtly spicy, like cracked peppercorns.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Very creamy yet crisp and absurdly drinkable.
Overall, this is a truly great Belgian blonde ale. It's exploding with flavor, yet retains its extreme drinkability due to the low ABV and effervescent carbonation. Very impressed with this one.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear pale gold/honey hue with a thick, dense one finger white head that fades to leave practically just as dense of a blanket.
S - Big aromas of lovely esters and big, doughy malt and cereal grains. Maybe a little flash of bubblegum notes as well on the finish along with just the slightest hit of floral hops.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of slightly sweet malts and cracked grains. Lovely fruity esters. More of that almost bubblegum flavour and a touch of floral, slightly spicy hops. Flash of bitterness on the finish.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, medium bodied, little creamy, spectacular.
O - Overall this was a spectacularly done Belgian. Lovely esters and just a flash of lingering bitterness. Really, really well crafted.

Had out of a plastic cup at a barbeque, 8/9/19. Nice solid yellow gold color with thick white head from a healthy pour. Malty backbone, solid mouthfeel, not very hoppy. Quite tasty for a single. Really enjoyed it and look forward to checking out the rest of their lineup.
