Harkening back to our homebrew days, we created this luscious oatmeal stout. Thick, creamy brown head. Instant aroma of raspberry followed by a light roast. Starts sweet with dark chocolate and fruity raspberry flavors followed by rich dark malt complexity and roastiness. Silkiness from the generous addition of oats. Long, lingering finish. Naturally sweet, no lactose added.

Draft at the brewery
Light fizzy tan head med retention, little lacing, dark basically black color
Nose fresh juicy raspberry, a mix of milk chocolate and dark choc ganache, light roasted malt and coffee notes
Taste rich creamy oatmeal almost like lactose sugar into milk chocolate, dark chocolate and ganache, mild roast and coffee, some raspberry but not a ton,med roasty bitterness drier finish, lingering raspberry and chocolate
Mouth is med bod, rich creamy, higher frothy carb
Overall another solid beer, wish there was a bit more raspberry on the taste but otherwise good
