First in our rotating IPA series uses generous amounts of wheat malts, and both pellets and whole leaf Amarillo & Mosaic hops. Perfect mineralization to our pure water and multiple strains of Belgian yeast builds layers of complexity. Significant quantities of dry hopping elevate aromas and flavors.

A- Pours from the 16oz can into a rocks glass with a hazy golden to pale orange body. The head rises up to a finger tall with a puffy texture. Decent head retention with lacing that is spotty.
S- Bright aroma can be picked up from a few feet away after pouring with the hops shining. With Amarilla and Mosaic you have a good idea what you are gonna get but here it is simple yet pungent and effective. Tropical/stone fruits and dank weed sums it up with some floral and citrus hops. Mango, chives, onion, weed, melon, cantaloupe, mint, nectarine and grapefruit. Hints of whole grains, bread and biscuit.
T- The yeast comes alive here, at least compared to the aroma. Belgian yeast spice and herbal notes open up to join the hops and pale grains. Wheat bread and stone fruits with dankness, onion, berries, citrus zest, mango, orange, pear, a touch of pepper, slight phenolics and floral notes. Interesting and well rounded.
MF- Medium bodied brew with a moderately high level of carbonation. Crisp and zesty with a puffy and foamy texture. Oily citrus and herbal bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
Aroma just hits the nail on the head with Amarillo and Mosiac personified with some yeast character. The yeast is more expressive in the flavor and it is an interesting combo you don't come across as often with the fruity hops and spicy yeast.
