Cheers! is a hybrid beer using an ale yeast for fermentation, then lagering it cold for a crisp, clean and smooth flavor profile. Made with Maine grown barley and hops, supporting local agriculture. This is a low alcohol beer that is highly quaffable, a real "lawnmower" beer. Weighing in at 4.5 ABV

Canned 5/27/20, so excited to try this
Pours a med-large frothy fizzy head with med retention, a bit of frothy lacing, a little rocky head as it fades, mostly clear slight chill hazed med gold straw color
Nose brings sweet golden malts, blond malt with a touch of honey, cereal and grain, a little sweet candy note that hints at candi sugar but not really, a little honey candy, faint hop
Taste brings more sweet malt character, grainy sweet with a little cereal and maybe straw as well, perceived sweetness but not super sweet in general, again hints at candy, but also honeysuckle, a touch of a fruity character in the background, a light floral hop character, little herbal notes, bitterness on the lighter side, with a soft lager, finishing crisp and soft, dry, with a touch more floral hops and quite clean otherwise
Mouth is med bod but soft and crisp at the same time, not pilsner level crisp but not too far off, med foamy carb
Overall this was quite nice and interesting, kinda like a golden ale and Kolsch combined into one, nice grainy malt character, just a touch of hops nicely done, very easy drinking summer beer for sure, so another awesome beer from Extrava as expected
