Ooga Brewing Company is a jewel in the region and not too far whether you are coming from Fond du Lac or Madison, and over an hour if coming from Milwaukee. The brewery sits on a street corner where across the street is a parking lot where you can park your car as it's property of Ooga Brewing. There's always a good feel to the place no matter what the season is, especially on a recent Friday night where the outdoor patio was nearly full of people. Wooden tables and short tables dot the patio, while inside are multiple environments from tall tables next to the brewhouse to an intimate room with limited seating. The bar is centrally located inside where orders are places and paid for; no seating there.
13 different house beers pouring with listed beer style, ABV, pour size, and price. You can find styles common and less common here depending on when you come because the list sees rotation. Oogtoberfest pouring in late September, also a 5th Anniversary Belgian blonde called Five Hole, plus a jalapeƱo blonde, British Golden Ale, British Strong Ale, Hefeweizen, IPA, Lime Gose, and even a pepper infused version of Oogtoberfest. Also offered are a few beer cocktails, where you can mix a few choices of your beer with a few base options. Beer quality in my experiences has been from "pretty good" to "good", and I'm also a fan of Ooga utilizing different pieces of glassware other than the boring shaker pint; my Oogtoberfest even got served in a dimpled mug.
Worthy stop for your East/South/Southeast Wisconsin (what region is Dodge County part of again?) beer tour.

Nice open space inside with many different places to sit. Beer selection was decent with usual offerings (IPA, oktoberfest, porter, koelsch, etc.) Well-made. We ordered a local frozen specialty (oktoberfest - brats and sauerkraut) pizza that was good. Outdoor seating too. Waitstaff was helpful and friendly.
