A: Pale-med gold. Brilliant clarity. Full pour, no head.
S/T: Carrot cake, corn on the cob, white hominy. It's a lot of sweet vegetal, DMS; the aroma is almost off the scale, and it's all I get. Tempered in the flavor by husky astringency. I tend to favor quite a bit of sweetness in my cream ales, yet I find this to be on the threshold.
M: Crisp, med body. Certainly creamy with moderate, superfine carb.
