Pale gold and mostly clear with a slight haze to it. Average size creamy white head.
Fresh, mild honey-like aroma with a little bit of fruit to it. Slightly sweet flavor but overall very balanced. Finishes clean and dry.
Kölsch can be a tricky style to get right but Log Tavern does it justice here. A great example of the style.
