Light, clean, and crisp. The German’s light lager. Great for San Diego’s perfect weather. Drink outdoors whenever possible!!

I don't think crisp is the right word for this one. Somehow it tastes like Belgian yeast let loose on a Blonde Ale. Flavor seems to be all pears with a lemon accent. A touch of astringence but virtually no hop taste. Aroma is interesting, with an herbal note, a hint of lemon rind.
Pours a clear amber with virtually no foam. A few prickles but ultimately flat mouthfeel. I don't know what the theory is here, but I don't have to drink any more of it. From the 16 oz can purchased from Bine & Vine. Not dated.
