Brewed over 2 days with a boil time of nearly 28 hours, this double mashed stout displays the full potential of the Maillard reaction. Layers of caramelized sugars present flavors of toffee, roasted marshmallow and baked fruits that are enhanced by the addition of Tahitian and Madagascar Vanilla Beans. These intense sweet flavors are reigned in, but not masked, by roasted malts and a touch of hops. The extended boil also creates a full body that clings to the taste buds for a long lasting finish allowing you to experience the full spectrum of the flavors.
