This version is delicious but also a fun beer to break down. The coconut almost becomes the base flavor and mouthfeel with the layers of caramelized sugars painted on top. An extra dose of Madagascar Vanilla enhances the silky texture and richness of the coconut so we paired these adjuncts with Parabola “Abuelita Anita’s” coffee beans. The added bitterness and intense roast aromas cut through the pillow like body and mingle with the sweet notes for a full sensory experience.
