I had this beer on-tap in a tall pilsner glass at the brewery.
Appearance: dark brown hue with a moderate haze and a finger of tan foam atop.
Smell: malty with caramel notes and a fair bit of astringency. Not too bad.
Taste: like the aroma, it's a little bit astringent for my taste. But there are nice caramel and roasty notes and a nice yeastiness.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: a nice dark lager but a bit on the astringent size.
