The colour is opaque black, without any reflections. The head is light brown, medium-high, very persistent, melting into a thick, one-centimetre layer. It leaves a lot of decoration.
The aroma is wonderful, I am impressed. Roasted notes, coffee, dark fruit notes, nuts.
The taste, like the aroma, is sensational. Again, roasted coffee notes, delicate hints of dark chocolate, dark fruit, light chocolate and honey sweetness. Over time, the sweetness intensifies, slightly reducing the drinkability. The finish is coffee-bitter, contrasting with the sweet chocolate notes.
Medium saturation, medium to high body.

Was not a fan of their pilsner, hopefully this is a bit better...apparently it is one of the biggest brewers in Poland.
8.9%, fab!
A very foamy head...lots of air. Not smooth like a Belgian or Guinness...however attractive deep dark colour.
Deep, intense, heavy, mocha aroma, with an obvious alcohol kick that reminds me of some of those cheap dutch mega strong beers that are often the homeless person's choice.
Tastewise, it's actually ok. The alcohol content is not hidden smoothly like in a Belgian tripel, however the other flavours within the malt are strong enough to complement well the alcohol. It's a surprisingly interesting overall flavour combination that will perhaps encourage me to try some of their other beers...however I really did not like their original one, I think it was meant to be a pilsner.
It says to serve at 12 degrees on the label...so I think this is around half an hour in the fridge or half an hour outside the fridge, depending of course on whether you live in an igloo or not. Anyway, I drank at around 5 degrees until about 15 degrees. It's definitely better cold in my opinion, because as it warms up the alcohol becomes more prominent and it begins to have the taste of a mocne or Dutch homeless one.
Anyway, would buy this again as in terms of alcohol vs taste and value, it's pretty impressive.

Ruby black with rocky, steady tan. 4
Licorice, burnt sugar, ash, and black cherry. 4
Meaty char, molasses, fig, dried cherries, cola, and carob. 4
Almost medium, fizzy, hot. 3.75
Looks the part, fruit is there. Definitely a porter: no coffee + light body, despite the ABV. Burns a bit, though. Nice to see you again, Okocim. 3.75

500ml bottle in Warsaw, Poland (10 PLN):
Quite a strong beer with plenty of sweetness that managed to cover most of the alcohol malts & grains that appeared in the early going, there was a slightly warming feel to the beer nonetheless though. The beer was just shy of being full-bodied offering & together with the smooth feel, it was quite an easy beer to drink despite coming in so strong & showing some alcohol grain at times. The smoky flavours near the end of the beer weren't too bad either but I'm still not sure it's one that I'd rush out to try again, mainly because of the strength of the beer though.
