Colour: ruby, clear. Beige foam, not very high and persistent, reducing leaves a small sheepskin on the surface of the beer.
Aroma: Indisputably associated with the xmas. Here we have dried fruit, orange peel, cloves and sweet gingerbread.
Flavour: these may not be my cup of tea, but they certainly remind us of Christmas. they are associated with Christmas stalls and the ubiquitous mulled wine.
Leading flavours are of course dried fruit, spices, cloves.
The bitterness is delicate, a little lacking as a counterpoint to the sweetness, it could be clearer and stronger. Saturation high and the alcohol perfectly hidden.
