Dated 04/15/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a hazy, mellow orange with some nice foam that fades over time. Aroma is pure juicy mango, very ripe and sweet. Incredibly inviting. Flavor is nicely dank and grassy with heavy mango and orange creamsicle. There's a good creamy/coconut note in there as well on the back end that works incredibly well. Feel is incredibly smooth, body is low, and it finishes very soft and a little sticky. Sweet but not too sweet, but very low bitterness.
Overall, great IPA from Living Waters. Sometimes they really miss, but when they're good, they're incredible examples of hyper-modern, soft juicy IPAs. This one is incredibly fresh as well, which really helps the mixed bag of grassy and fruity hops.

A tasty , poundable hazy NEIPA despite the Mosaic.

A: Golden orange, pretty opaque but some light coming through, finger's worth of fluffy white head.
S: Musty hops.
T: That mustiness dominates in the flavor, kind of like a leathery taste maybe. It's not off-putting. It's pretty green, has some nice dankness and pine. At the same time, old orange juice and ripe grapefruit appear. Finishes with pine and leather.
O: This is interesting. I like the taste overall. I'm sure it was expensive to make, which is why the price is so high. Overall good job.

Light gold body, like no-pulp pineapple juice. Fully opaque, but only a medium haze. Zero turbidity or murk. A finger of bright white head that collapsed quickly. Spots of lacing down the glass.
Wonderful citrus, stone fruit, grape, guava, mango, cedar, and fresh grass on the nose. Fairly dank with just a touch of green onion. Definitely a NE IPA aroma profile, heavy on the juice with a slightly yeasty and green side. Makes me a little nervous about a similar starchy burn to what I experienced with Alma, but this one has zero particulate which makes me think I’m safe. Regardless, the mouth is watering.
Wonderful semi-sweet fruit salad washes across the tongue. Overripe ruby red grapefruit (sprinkled with A little sugar), naval orange, peach, mango, green grape, passion fruit, and honeydew. A little starchy greenery, but just a touch, which adds a complementary heat to round out the semi-sweetness. Then some nice, bitter resin and pithy grapefruit rind arrives that changes things up a bit. With that pith lingering, the juicy sweetness returns on the aftertaste. Really lovely. Certainly wouldn’t say this beer is a balance between west coast and east coast. But I really like what the Centennial and Chinook hops add to the overall drinking experience.
Beer looks thin but feels remarkably creamy and smooth. Zero heat.
Not sure any one component of this beer is exceptional, but the sum of the parts is fantastic. Really enjoying the Living Waters beers that they’ve started canning. Keep ‘em coming!
