No date on can, into a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours a murky orange with persistent foam, very hazy, Aroma is overripe oranges and tons of citrus rind. Flavor is pretty classic hazy IPA. I can't tell what version this is, but it's for sure Highgate, as I've had a few iterations of this one; it's their experimental hop IPA. This one is bursting with overripe mango flavor and a little grapefruit rind, very classic hazy flavors, and in a very juicy smooth way. There's a lot of orange juice as well, and the malt base is quite quiet but supportive and great. There's very obstructing some delicious hop flavors and it's such a clean IPA. I really like how juicy the finish is as well, but there's a decent bitter kick to balance everything as well. It's definitely a more citrus rind vibe, but it rounds off the juice and mango very well. Feel is great, very smooth, not too carbonated and definitely not boozy at all. The 7.8% is definitely there, but in a very good way. This is a bigger IPA and you can tell, but it's enjoyable at that.
Living Waters is 100% hit or miss with the IPAs, with the hoppier, more hazy ones for sure being much better. Highgate is the experimental series, with the malt profile always staying out of the way and the weird hop flavors shining through. This one is an unknown, but it's really good. Perfectly juicy but still balanced.

can pour - bright lemony color in the glass with plenty of lacing as I drank. Nose is citrus/mango with a hint of grass. Flavors are similar with a very clean finish. Easy drinking for a 7.5%

Flew back with other singles from the Nashville area. Pours a somewhat hazy pale yellowish gold with a good amount of frothy head, with a sweet-ish fruit cocktail aroma, not too strong. The taste is a bit watery but clean with pineapple, mango and citrus notes. However this is NOT a strongly hop-driven flavor like th classic NEIPA. Lacks body to augment these flavors. It reminds me of the early "hazy" beers of the Northeast from the early NEIPA days. Not a bad beer, just not inspiring.

Pours a slightly dark yellow in a glass. May be slightly oxidized. Relatively weak aroma. Body is a little thin and finishes very sweet. A little too sweet and thin for my liking.
