I like the brunch French toast flavor profile going on here. A Russian imperial stout with vanilla and maple syrup. A tad heavy on the vanilla—there is a bit of a ‘spilled too much vanilla extract in the chocolate chip cookie” vibe. Smooth. But overall it tastes good to me.
