Canned 8/10/23. Poured at 54°. Nectaron, Strata and Citra. At 3 weeks old the hop burn was off the charts. Now at 6 weeks:
Hazy deep gold; tight white head; good cap retention; solid ring; soapy lace. Nose is over ripe pineapple, passion fruit, and nectarines; strawberry as beer warmed. Taste follows, very sweet; add melon; strawberries on backend. Full minus body; soft fluffy feel; moderate minus carbonation; just a touch of hop astringency. Overall, the beer smells and tastes great; the hop burn has almost disappeared; great interplay of the 3 hops. Tasty!
