Brewed with a small amount of corn. Flavors of bread and a crispy finish.

16oz can. Bottom date stamp is '1-3-25'.
Clear, pale straw colored body. Two fingers of bubbly white head and this quickly recedes to a partial cap. Leaves behind a few large lacing spots.
Aroma of sweet bread malts (corn included) and some fruit similar to green apple.
Taste is lightly toasted bread malts that are sweet, and include corn, and fruity hops (green apple and berry). Goes all malt in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Very crisp and clean throughout and at the finish. Good carbonation.
Good session choice for summer thirst quenching.

16oz on tap at the brewery in a tall pils glass.

Pours a fantastic light golden color with light foam, plenty of lacing, and plenty of bubbles. Aroma is sweet with a bitter edge, plenty of crackery malt with some corn sugar and slightly apple flavors. Flavor is just as I had hoped, full bodied and crisp on the finish with a nice sweetness from the malt and corn. It tastes like a less ester-y kolsch, very balanced and refreshing. Mouthfeel is great, not too carbonated and just smooth enough to drink a lot of it.

Overall a ton of flavor for how easy drinking it is. Maybe I'm just unfamiliar with modern AAL, but this is a fantastic summer beer and I don't know how a brewer could make more flavor more drinkable in this form.
