New Zealand style Pilsner hopped with NZ-9099, a rare hop varietal that we used in batch C of Highgate. It endows this delicate pilsner with a gorgeous lemon lime acidity and brightness up front, and a touch of sweet hay to complement the light yet expressive malt profile.
