Opaque light gold pour, about a finger of tight white foam. Nose brings sweet malt.
Taste sees Graham cracker, light kilned malt, drizzle of honey, faint floral. Mouthfeel is light. Finish dries some, but the sweet malt is still in control.

Tried a half pint, poured from tap to a tulip glass.
Color was pale golden with good clarity.
Very light head that dissipates fairly quickly.
Smell was clean, faint grassy hop aroma but nothing else that stood out.
Tastes very clean and crisp. Some residual sweetness on the back end with a bit of fruitiness, but not in an over powering way. Small amount of hop bitterness but overall very well balanced. No alcohol/phenolic bite.
This is a very well done Kolsch that I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
