On tap at Hayesville Brew -- not the same as Hayesville Brewing as I discovered -- nearby the brewery itself.
Appearance. Hazy yellow-golden body with a good white head.
This is a somewhat typical, mild blonde ale but has a lower hop load than most I've had lately (but American Blondes rather than Belgian). Hints of bread and citrus.
Overall. Reasonably clean and refreshing.

Drinking this at The Hayesville Brewing Company in Beautiful Hayesville NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks lightly hazy golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, spicy, herbal, and slightly spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely, light on the malt, hoppy enough to keep my interest.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a nice example of a Blonde Ale that I might order again.
Cheers!
