Can into Imperial Pint
Look: Deep red/pink color, pouring a pinkish 1 finger head which dissipated into a ring with lacing
Smell: Lime zest and bright prickly pear. Touch of ocean breeze in there, and back drop of cereal grains. Medium strength
Taste: Lightly tart lime and prickly pear which slowly became less tart until it was almost dry. Following came a mellow toasted cereal grains, which slowly faded with a touch of residual prickly pear in there
Feel: Light body, moderate carbonation and a mellow finish
Overall: Pretty good brew. Incredible color it has, but its a tasty sour that doesn't pucker you up
