Classic blonde pilsner with noble aromatic bitterness from Herkules, Tettnanger, Hallertauer Gold and Saaz hops.
“The Champaign of beers”, this classic Craft Pilsner derives its aromatic profile and pleasant bitterness from noble hop varieties. Its recipe is inspired by the Czech brewing tradition and the breweries of the town Plsen that gave the name to this iconic beer type. We worked on the traditional recipes but we did not hesitate to experiment with the use of new raw materials in order to achieve the unique flavor and the balanced taste profile of the Craft Pilsner.

At my lady Pamela's house; bottled and chilled, 330mL in a pint glass. Special ordered from The Roundhouse Centre LCBO in nearby Windsor. My first beer from the Athens, Greece brewery.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
