I am trying this beer off the tapper at The brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had citrus peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base and apricot, stone and guava fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Bought a 32 oz. crowler at the Brewery and drank it in one sitting. Poured into a 20 oz. "Hooters" beer mug, this beer displayed as a very light straw yellow color with a big frothy white head and light patches of frothy lacing on the glass. Head retention is very good. Aroma is fruity and pleasant including apple and some light citrus (mostly lemon. Taste is fairly pronounced. The fruit takes the forefront, Bitterness is moderate and there is more sweetness than the dank, earthy aspect of many NE IPA's. Mouthfeel is somewhat pillowy soft, moderately bitter and smooth. This one goes down real easy. A nice take on a NE IPA from a local brewer!!!
