Soured in the brew kettle overnight with lactobacillus. Estate foraged elderberries were processed and added during secondary fermentation which adds a woodsy-floral and dark fruit flavor. With bracing tannin and intense acidity, this elderberry sour is not to be missed. (contains milk sugar)
