Our infamous, dangerously drinkable IIPA is an unforgettable voyage of dank hoptastic goodness, ripe pineapple juice, sweet orange marmalade, and blood orange with a pithy stone fruit finish.

Foggy dark amber with at all white foam head.
Perhaps a mix between old and new school, a little bitter pine, but mild, meets brightly spicy cologne and plenty of orange zest, perhaps even lime. A touch of toast biscuit comes to an almost clean, semi-dry finish that, dare I say, suggests a ghost of Fat Heads.
There's potential here.

Death on Two Legs has a thick, off-white head and a translucent orange appearance, with lots of roiling, fine sediment and tight bubble action. Heavy lacing is noticed. The aroma is of mango chutney, orange marmalade, & white bread crust. It has a similar flavor, with rather low bitterness. Death on Two Legs has a heavy body and a dry finish.

Deep gold body, fast fading white head. Aroma of candy oranges , lemon and pine. Sweet orange taste with light bitterness. Good mouthfeel with medium body and somewhat spritzy carbonation. Taking the sweet taste down a notch and a touch more bitterness would please my palate more. But not a bad DIPA

Had Death on Two Legs at Key City brewpub, Vicksburg, Mississippi, on draft into almost tulip.
Pours slightly cloudy medium gold with creamy 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving thick Belgian lace down the glass. Big sweet orange juice and moderate piney hop resin aromas off pour, then aromas of pineapple and as warms of berries and tart stone fruit, and finally a little herbal aroma. On drinking, begins sweet pineapple with immediate bitter hop resin following into mild stone fruit and undifferentiated citrus bite, over a little mild malt, and carrying into an extremely drying, considerably bitter, piney finish.
This DIPA dabbles in hop flavors but avoids the over-sweetness trap mainly by kicking your . . . palate.
