Lager with honey. Pleasant gold color, slightly cloudy. Tried at the brewery in Appenzell at recommended temperature (12C). Good aroma, slightly herbal, but does not smell as good as it tastes. Not too sweet, but maintains the complex floral flavor of really good quality mountain honey. Slightly reminiscent of rosewater. Also tried from the bottle - just as excellent IMHO.
