Organic beer brewed by the folks who bring you Quollfrisch for the COOP supermarket chain.
Pours cloudy due to being unfiltered, decent initial head that fades and leaves a little lacing. Tart and hoppy upfront, nice mouthfeel that begins to flatten out a little. Hint of lemon grass and mild grain. Finish is fairly dry and bitter. If organic is important to you, this is not a bad beer for regular consumption. I would rate it higher than many Swiss beers and not badly priced.

This beer is brewed for the Swiss supermarket chain Coop, and it costs 1.5 CHF - approximately the same as imported canned lagers (Carlsber, Heineken..).
Foamy head, which disappers quite fast, almost no lacing. The smell is mostly malty, but grassy hops can also be felt. Taste is sweet at first with bitterness at the end. What i did not like was metallic taste, which became more pronounced in the aftertaste. Body is medium with good carbonation. I would say it lacks character.
Overall, nothing better could be expected, beer is cheap, it is better than many other supermarket brands and is ok to drink with lunch or have it for a party.
