Pouring between golden and amber and bubbling with a cotton white froth, a waft of tangy citrus and a background of light bread brings a perfumy scent ahead of a brisk and bready taste with suggestions of sugar cookie.
An outpouring of citrus eventually washes the middle palate and shifts the beer toward something tangy, lime-like and tropical. An eventual land at a minty fresh finish highlights the modest alcohol and refreshing acidity that washes away any thirst with ease.
Brisk, refreshing and thirst quenching, Screamin’ Sasquatch might be mad that the snow is gone, but beer drinkers are happy about this offering.
