Whether being a fan of light lager or just in the mood for summer thirst quenching flavors, Abettor takes the tastebuds to the beach with a Mexican-styled cerveza lager to meet the mood.
Pale straw and bright with a glowing chrome body, Cerveza Complice casts a part frothy, part fizzy froth with a delicate floral scent, fresh white bread and a peppery hop nuance. With a light and bready sweetness skirting the tongue, a very mild malt and cereal impact of honey, wafer and cracker all come to mind.
As the scant sweetness proves fast fleeting, the bubble brighten the session and usher in a mild apple and apple ester profile. Steering away from floral and fruity, the late taste turns crisply balanced with a mild hop bitterness that flees the palate with hints of mint, lemon balm and delicate grassy herbs.
Light, crisp and very refreshing, the light bodied beer shows virtually no flaws and rewards the palate with thirst quenching properties right into a, brisk and effortless aftertaste.
